"Just the beginning..." - Jake

Jake and I spent some time on Sunday preparing his for his next painting
project.

He has a group of overlapping photos he took, and after a lot of math and
3-dimensional puzzle working, he came up with a way to stack multiple
canvases in a way that will let him paint it.

Sunday we went and bought all the canvases and other stuff needed to
construct the new super-canvas... and then did some more math and
measuring trying to get them attached in just the right way.

This photo (sent via his cell phone) is the final canvas build.

The blue line is the horizon line for the final work.

This image doesn't do justice to the incredibly cool look of just the
stacked canvases. It's a hell of a start, but it will take a while to
paint.
